Our client is a long established and highly respected architectural practice dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions.  With a strong track record over many years, they have earned a reputation for excellence in design, innovation, and sustainability. Their portfolio includes a diverse array of projects, from cutting-edge modern residences to historic preservation and commercial developments.

They are seeking a talented Architect to join their award-winning team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to the design and development of innovative, high-quality buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building control and planning requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
  • Assist in the administration of construction projects, including site visits, quality control, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to projects.

 
Skills & Experience:

Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • ARB / RIBA registration
  • 2 – 5 years post Part III experience, preferably within an established architectural practice
  • Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and BREEAM is a plus.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.  A good level of proficiency with REVIT would also be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adept at time management and meeting project deadlines.
