Project Architect

Our client is a long established and highly respected architectural practice dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions. Their portfolio includes a diverse array of projects, from cutting-edge modern residences to historic preservation and commercial developments.
They are seeking a talented Architect to join their award-winning team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to the design and development of innovative, high-quality buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building control and planning requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Assist in the administration of construction projects, including site visits, quality control, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to projects.
Skills & Experience:
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- ARB / RIBA registration
- 2 – 5 years post Part III experience, preferably within an established architectural practice
- Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and BREEAM is a plus.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite. A good level of proficiency with REVIT would also be preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adept at time management and meeting project deadlines.
